1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or placing any wager through the heybajj platform, you confirm that you have read this document in its entirety and that you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on heybajj from time to time. These documents are incorporated by reference and form one complete legal agreement between you and heybajj.

If you are accessing heybajj on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with any part of this agreement, you must not access or use the heybajj platform.

These Terms & Conditions are written and published in English. In the event of any inconsistency or dispute arising from a translated version, the English-language version shall prevail. The governing language for all communications, dispute resolution, and legal interpretation is English.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Use of heybajj is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while using the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. heybajj operates an absolute 18+ policy with zero exceptions. Providing false information about your age during registration is a serious breach of these terms and may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf. Automated accounts, bots, and registrations on behalf of third parties are strictly prohibited.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion or voluntary exclusion order on heybajj or any affiliated platform. Attempting to open a new account while under self-exclusion constitutes a material breach of these terms.
• You have not previously had an account closed by heybajj for fraudulent activity, terms violations, or any other cause that results in a permanent ban.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of heybajj, nor an immediate family member of such a person, unless express written permission has been granted by heybajj management.

By registering, you declare that you meet all eligibility criteria listed above and that the information you have provided is accurate, current, and complete. heybajj accepts no liability for losses incurred by ineligible users and reserves the right to recover any amounts paid in error.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of betting and gaming services on heybajj, you are required to register a personal account. Each player may hold only one active account at any given time. The creation of duplicate or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

During registration, you must provide accurate and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a Bangladesh mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. If your contact details change, you must update your account profile promptly. heybajj bears no responsibility for communications that fail to reach you due to outdated account information.

• Choose a strong, unique password for your heybajj account. Do not reuse passwords from other websites or services.
• Never share your login credentials with any other person. heybajj staff will never ask you for your password.
• Enable two-factor authentication where offered to add an additional layer of protection to your account.
• If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact heybajj support immediately via live chat or email.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether or not you authorised that activity, unless you have promptly notified heybajj of unauthorised access.

heybajj reserves the right to verify your identity before processing any withdrawal or at any other stage it deems appropriate. Verification may require you to submit a copy of a government-issued photo ID, a proof of address document, or proof of the payment method used for deposits. Verification requests will be communicated via the email address on your account.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

heybajj processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits and withdrawals are supported via the following approved payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. heybajj does not accept cash transactions, third-party payments, or transfers from unverified sources.

• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be reversed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, up to the deposited amount. Winnings above the deposited amount may be withdrawn to any verified payment method on your account.
• heybajj does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which heybajj accepts no responsibility.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of any active bonus wagering requirements. Requests submitted while a wagering requirement is pending will be held until the requirement is met or the bonus is forfeited.
• heybajj reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing withdrawals above ৳20,000 within any 30-day period.

In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect credit to your account, you are obligated to notify heybajj support immediately. Any funds credited in error remain the property of heybajj and must not be wagered or withdrawn. heybajj reserves the right to recover erroneously credited funds at any time.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

heybajj offers a variety of bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the relevant promotion page as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. heybajj reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim the welcome bonus more than once by creating additional accounts constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account closure.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement is 30x the bonus amount. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated on the individual promotion.
• Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement is fully satisfied.
• heybajj reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bonus already credited to an account will be honoured under the terms that were in effect at the time of crediting.
• Bonuses may only be used for the game categories specified in the promotion terms. Using bonus funds in excluded game categories may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on heybajj are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport, market, or game as published on the platform. In the event of any conflict between sport-specific rules and these general Terms & Conditions, the sport-specific rules shall take precedence for matters relating to bet settlement, and these Terms & Conditions shall take precedence for all other matters.

• All bets are final once confirmed. heybajj does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed, except where expressly permitted under the rules of a specific market.
• heybajj reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently found to have been affected by corruption, match-fixing, or any other form of manipulation.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live betting session — including but not limited to server outages, connectivity errors, or feed disruptions — heybajj will make reasonable efforts to honour bets placed before the failure. Bets that cannot be fairly verified due to the technical failure may be voided at heybajj's discretion.
• Cricket markets: BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL markets are settled according to the official results declared by the relevant governing body (BCB, ICC). Interrupted matches are settled according to the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern method where applicable.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software provided by our game partners (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi). heybajj does not manipulate game outcomes.
• Maximum payout per single bet or game round is ৳500,000 unless a higher limit is explicitly published for a specific market. heybajj reserves the right to limit stake sizes on any market at any time.

heybajj displays odds for sporting events and return-to-player (RTP) percentages for casino games as a general guide. Actual results may differ. Past results do not guarantee future outcomes. All gambling involves risk, and you should only wager amounts you can afford to lose.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on heybajj. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in legal action being taken against the responsible party.

• Fraud & Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information, impersonating another person, or using a stolen or fraudulent payment method to fund your account.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematically exploiting bonuses, promotions, or free bet offers in a manner that is not consistent with normal recreational play, including the use of multiple accounts or coordinated betting across accounts to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip dumping in poker or coordinated betting to exploit promotional structures.
• Money Laundering: Using heybajj in any way to conceal, transfer, or launder the proceeds of criminal activity. heybajj will report suspected money laundering activity to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
• Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence, or any automated system to interact with heybajj games, betting markets, or account management functions.
• Hacking & Interference: Attempting to access, modify, or disrupt heybajj's systems, software, or databases in any unauthorised manner.
• Underage Play: Attempting to register or play on heybajj while under the age of 18, or facilitating the registration or play of a person under 18.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically placing bets across multiple platforms to guarantee a risk-free profit regardless of event outcome, when done in a way that exploits mispriced odds on heybajj.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

heybajj reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the timeframe requested.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, collusion, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct described in Section 7.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months with a zero balance.
• Activation of a voluntary self-exclusion request by the account holder.
• A legal or regulatory instruction requiring the account to be closed.

Where an account is closed due to suspected terms violation or fraud, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full. If no breach is confirmed, the verified balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting heybajj support via live chat or by emailing support@heybajj. Voluntary closures will be processed within 24 hours. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following successful identity verification, subject to any applicable withdrawal limits and processing times.

Players who have activated self-exclusion and later wish to reopen their account must contact support and observe the mandatory cooling-off period specified in the Responsible Gaming policy before their account can be reactivated. heybajj takes self-exclusion requests very seriously and will not reactivate excluded accounts without proper process being followed.
